Day 2 of Shooting

    Hello Blog! The second day of filming was very short as all that we needed to do was film the Brutus scene. This scene would only consist of Brutus -- Ajani. Before we filmed this scene today, we had to make several group decisions as our project was over 2 minutes. Therefore, we had to make adjustments to fit the time limit. On our first day of filming we filmed the majority of the project as I had to leave on my soccer trip. Our second day of filming consisted of only Ajani's clip of Brutus as it helped wrap the film together and added suspense to the mysterious story line.

    We had to make sure the Brutus clip would not surpass five seconds so we would not go over the time allotted. The clip is Ajani in a dark room standing over the bucket similar to the one that was used to interrogate me -- the henchman. This match cut adds an element of suspense to the story as the audience is questioning what is going on. The low angle also made Brutus seem powerful as well as mysterious. The group decision to not show Brutus' face also adds to the intimidating factor of the film.
