Sound

 

My group and I have started to edit the sound of our film, however we  plan to use a mixture of diagetic and non diagetic sound with an abundant usage of sound effects to add comedic effect to our film. Our film would also contain subtle background music the entire film and more suspenseful background music when there are action-filled and suspenseful events. We would primarily use the sound from the video with an addition to foley sound effects which would be made by Zane. There would be no need for a voice over. The sound recorded from the clips are clear enough to be heard.

The background music used would add suspense to the film, this music track was our first choice but unfortunately could not be used because of copyright.

Therefore, we decided on another option:

This uncopyrighted option was the better choice to avoid any legal problems. We also decided to include a heartbeat sound effect:

This heartbeat sound effect was used for the POV shot to evoke intense emotion and make the audience "live inside of the film".
