Camera Shots and Angles

 1. Over the shoulder shot

To create this over the shoulder shot, I had to position the camera literally right over one of the subject's shoulder. My main intention by including this shot was to evoke a sense of suspense as the two subjects appear to be having a conversation.

2. Two-shot

In this shot, I recorded two subjects having a conversation. I placed emphasis on both characters in the frame, therefore making it a two-shot.

3.Ground level shot

In this shot, I had to position the camera on the ground. By filming the subject's walking, a sense of suspense can be interpreted by the audience since they can only see the subject's feet.

4. Medium shot

This medium shot is a simple yet essential shot to show a subject's emotion. As I recorded this medium shot, I had to position the camera to capture the subject's face and body language.

5.High angle shot

In this shot, I had to position the camera above all subjects. This can make the subjects feel less significant and smaller.

  2. Hello Josiah, I can not say that a lot of effort was put into this shots, however I did enjoy the the ground level pan shot of the man in the beautiful birkenstocks. You used the right amount of panning to show character movement and accentuate the shoes, this could be used as a transitioning shot. I cannot say the same about the medium shot which in my opinion added no flavor to your artwork as a whole
